Núcleo

Col. San Roberto de Sula

This center was born as a response to the challenges of the pandemic. At the time, the schools where Uremu taught—the CEB Primero de Febrero (Satélite neighborhood, since 2015) and the CEB Presentación Centeno (Cabañas neighborhood, since 2018)—remained closed.

Thanks to the support of the White Dove Trilingual School , we were able to continue our activities and provide a safe space for music education. Thus, in 2021, the San Roberto de Sula Nucleus was officially formed , made up of students from
the northwest area of San Pedro Sula and neighboring communities such as Satélite, Cabañas, La Louisiana, La Guillén and Guaymuras (La Lima).

Currently, this core has 68 students, distributed in the following groups:
String Orchestra
·Wind Ensemble
·Choir
·Individual lessons on string and wind instruments

The teaching team is made up of:
Sergio Rodríguez, Alexandra Andino, Leticia Reyes, William Taylor, Audy Artica, Lila Villalobos and Fernando Pagoaga
