In August 2022 , Proyecto Uremu established a partnership with the Paso a Paso Socio-Educational Program , an organization with more than 23 years of experience in community development and the comprehensive education of children and their families in the Rivera Hernández neighborhood.

 

This program promotes comprehensive educational spaces that encompass nutrition, academic support, workshops, educational games, and, of course, music, strengthening personal growth and a sense of community.

 

In this core, Uremu promotes the Cubetas String Orchestra, Choir, and Percussion, made up of 35 students from the program.

 

During 2025, the teaching team will be composed of:

 

• Ana Rodríguez, Choir, Music Theory and Percussion teacher at Cubetas.

• Román Carranza, String Orchestra conductor.
